1On October 12, 2018 “NII TK” LLP together with “KazAvtoSert” LLP was established and registered with the justice authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as the Association of legal persons “Association of legal transport and logistics partnership in Central Asia”.

In accordance with the Charter of the Association: “The main objectives of the Association are: to identify, discuss and prepare proposals for the elimination of regional problems and barriers in the field of transport, logistics and border crossings; joint actions to improve relations of transport and logistics, border crossing, digitalization of the transport sector of the economy; empowering opportunities of members of the Association in dialogue with NPP “Atameken”, STK “KAZLOGISTICS”, the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as other agencies and organizations in the field of transport, logistics and border crossing facilitation in the region Central Asia; promotion of development and introduction of new technologies in the field of transport and logistics processes; creating an effective, modern, competitive, export, trade and transit potential of the countries of Central Asia, including through the interaction of government, international, regional structures, trading partners, business representatives; promoting the expansion and strengthening of international relations in the field of transport, communications and logistics, creating conditions for cooperation and constructive cooperation, establishing direct relations between members of the Association and enterprises of Central Asian countries, as well as international organizations in the field of transport, communications and logistics, preventing unfair competition.

August 16, 2018 “NII TK” LLP together with “KazAvtoSert” LLP was established and registered with the justice bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as the Association of Legal Entities “Association of scientific-research and design organizations”.

Created to consolidate the activities of scientific-research and design enterprises and organizations of the transport and communications industry, to ensure equal and constructive partnership in the market of transport services and in the field of communications.

The activities of the Association are scientific, research and design works, as well as technical regulation and security issues in the field of transport, communications and logistics.
